“I’m a qualified Kinesiologist and trainer at the College of Kinesiology, where I love supporting and guiding future practitioners as they step into this work.
I work with kids, teens, adults (& animals!) with a natural pull towards younger humans. My sessions are laid-back, playful, and grounded, creating a space where people (especially little humans) feel safe to be themselves. With adults, the work often gently circles back to something familiar… reconnecting with who they really are underneath the noise.
Inner child work is a big part of what I love, both personally and in my work. So much of who we are as adults has roots in what we experienced when we were younger, and I’ve seen (and felt) just how powerful it can be to gently come back to those parts of ourselves with curiosity, support, and care.
At the heart of it all, this work is really about listening. Slowing down enough to listen to the body, follow what it’s communicating, and support it with curiosity, gentleness, and care.
SESSIONS:
Alongside a variety of in-person sessions, I also offer full remote kinesiology sessions (90 minutes), plus shorter 30-minute “Remote Mini” sessions for returning clients. These are fully distance-based, so you don’t need to be in the room with me, meaning I can support you wherever you are in Australia (or the world
). You can find my full list of services on my website.”
